Paper Mags vs. Online, for the Big Three

I know this is an old post, but the article is great and one of the most compelling questions facing short fiction markets. I wonder if a hybrid online/ biannual print anthology would work. Include some great art, extra stories: do it up nice like some of the old small press books. Then offer 3 levels of subscription: free online basic content, a small fee for all content online, and a larger fee to receive the print anthologies.

Just thinking: I haven't a clue about the publishing side, but I do find it interesting.
