BCS Issues #3 and #4 reviewed by Lois Tilton in The Internet Review of Science Fiction (http://www.irosf.com/q/zine/article/10489#bcs). Not quite as positive as her review of Issues #1 and #2 (http://www.irosf.com/q/zine/article/10483). Perhaps she'll be glad to know that we don't have any two-part stories scheduled for the rest of the winter.
