_BCS_ Now in E-book Formats

Starting with BCS #27, the Anniversary Double-Issue, tomorrow, new issues of Beneath Ceaseless Skies will also be released in two free file formats for e-book readers: PDF and MobiPocket PRC.

PDFs, of course, are readable on most all computers. They are also readable on many e-readers, and PRC files are readable on many other e-readers including the Kindle.

These files will be downloadable for free from the Issue Table of Contents (http://www.beneath-ceaseless-skies.com/toc.php?s=27) and from the page for each story. We will also be adding PDF and PRC files of many of our back issues over the next few months.

The PRC files work on other e-readers than just Kindles, and the PDF files work on tons of platforms (although the words don't wrap). But yes, for all you iPhone and iPod Touch owners, we are actually planning to debut ePub files very, very soon.

In fact, they're already on the server; we're just waiting to get the download button for them added to the pages. In the meantime, here are some direct links for you:
