Superbly written. I throughy enjoyed the weaving of cultural references into a uinque storyline.

Thank you! I'm glad it worked. Weaving culture in is always problematic (I always default to 21st-Century French...)

I love the way you handled the multiple, yet single, consciousness. It drew me in and while it took me a bit to orient, the result was just...amazing. Unfortunately, words fail me. But then when they went from creation to creature and turned—no more hearts to break, not fearing the gods—that moment, I think my own heart faltered. It was one of those moments when you watch something transcend, and it just makes you feel like absolutely anything is possible. You can get through anything because there's a strength and a resiliency that goes beyond the worst that can be done.

I think I've said it badly, but I wanted to tell you this story will stick with me and that is why.

Actually, you're the one leaving me pretty speechless... I'm very much humbled to have provided you with that kind of experience, and very happy to have you share it with me. Thank you so much!
