According to this Table of Contents for the March issue of Locus, the January issues of BCS are reviewed by Rich Horton in his Short Fiction Reviews column.

Which is awesome, and will be even cooler if his reviewing of BCS stays a regular thing. I certainly think literary adventure fantasy in general and the stories in BCS in particular deserve attention from the top people in the genre, and Locus is the trade magazine that the top people read.
