BCS Issues #20 and #21 are reviewed in the August issue of The Internet Review of Science Fiction by fiction reviewer Lois Tilton (although she missed Issse #22, perhaps because, by a quirk of the calendar, that was our third issue in the month of July).

She had positive comments on all four stories and awarded “Thieves of Silence” by Holly Phillips, from Issue #21, her rarely given “Recommended” rating. Congrats to Ms. Phillips and that very deserving, brilliant story.
