“The Jewels of Montforte,” Adam Corbin Fusco, 14,700 words (set in the same world as his “Sails Over Greensea” novelette in Realms of Fantasy)

“Memories in Bronze, Feathers, and Blood,” by Aliette de Bodard, 4500 words
“As the Prairie Grasses Sing,” by Sarah L. Edwards, 3700 words
“Fleurs du Mal,” by J. Kathleen Cheney, 6900 words
“Two by Zero,” by Garth Upshaw, 5700 words
