Editor Rich Horton, who also reviews for Locus, recently posted his year-end review of BCS.

He enjoyed novelettes by T.F. Davenport, Marissa Lingen, and Ann Leckie; and stories by Rosamund Hodge, Mishell Baker, Kris Millering, and Margaret Ronald, among others. He called BCS “a really important source of fantasy.”
