BCS #132 is out, featuring two rich-voiced pieces, one by a returning BCS author and one by an author new to the magazine.

Gemma Files (“Two Captains” in BCS #125) in “A Feast for Dust” delves into a weird-western world, not unlike her Hexslinger series of novels.  Caleb Wilson sets out on “The Adventure of the Pyramid of Bacconyus,” a rougish fantasy temple-robbing adventure with rich interesting twists.

This issue’s BCS Audio Fiction Podcast is BCS 113: Walls of Skin, Soft as Paper by Adam Callaway, his companion piece to BCS 063: Walls of Paper, Soft as Skin that appeared in text form in our Fifth Anniversary Double-Issue.

The ‘From the Archives’ story with BCS #132 is “Hangman” by Erin Cashier from BCS #10, a great gritty weird-western story with intense characters, much like “A Feast for Dust.”
