BCS #211 is out today, featuring two returning BCS authors and a From the Archives piece by another multiple-time BCS author.

KJ Kabza (“Steady on Her Feet” in BCS #168, “The Leafsmith in Love” in BCS #39,) returns to BCS with “The Garden of Ending,” a tale of societal ritual and the human personages and emotional toll it involves. Kelly Stewart (“Rabbit Grass” in BCS #197) offers “Dearly Departed,” a tale of duty and unusual companionship in battling oddities.

The BCS Audio Fiction Podcast episode is BCS 185: The Garden of Ending, the KJ Kabza story of societal ritual and personal stakes.

The From the Archives story with BCS #211 is “For Lost Time” by Therese Arkenberg, from BCS #165, a tale of odd companions battling a fearsome foe, not unlike “Dearly Departed.”

All behind a new crop of our new cover art, “Ambush” by Raphael Lacoste.
