Siobhan Carroll is an Associate Professor of English at the University of Delaware, where she studies the relationship between the history of exploration and SF. She is lucky enough to live in Philadelphia, a very chefy city, and to have friends interested in cooking and in changing the world. She has also watched an unholy amount of Top Chef.
